It’s 2015 and it’s very likely we all need a little motivation to get our creativity flowing and feel inspired to start this new year. Below are a collection of books that inspire me, get my creativity flowing and allow me to think differently. I often page through them when I’m feeling stuck. I’ve chosen a variety, there’s a cook book, because creativity can be found in the kitchen too, food is art and the pages in this book are very inspiring. There’s an adult colouring book, because not everyone can draw, but everyone can pick up a crayon and colour on a page. I find the simple act of unplugging from your phone, computer etc… can spark creativity, so that’s why I’ve included this book. On a more serious note, there’s a workbook that will really get you on track if you’re feeling stuck in your career on life path. But there’s also a few lighter books that will get you thinking differently about the way you work. Check out my picks, all the links are listed below, I’m sure you’ll find some inspiration in all of them.
